How does automatic plan detection work?

Ciste monitors your trailing 12-month revenue nightly using your own ledger data — no self-reporting required. If your revenue crosses a threshold and stays there for 30 days (ruling out one-time spikes), you'll receive a nudge to upgrade. You're never forced to act immediately.

Can I switch plans manually?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period — your data is preserved and features are simply locked until the plan is restored.

What happens at the end of the free trial?

You'll receive a reminder 3 days before your trial ends, and a final reminder on the last day. If you don't convert, your data is preserved for 90 days while your account is paused — nothing is deleted.

Do you offer discounts for small nonprofits?

The Starter plan at $49/month is designed to be accessible for small organizations. If your organization is in genuine financial hardship, reach out — we handle these case by case.
